Improve Deliverability

SPF Record Checker

Look up any domain's SPF record, count its DNS lookups and spot problems before they hurt your deliverability.

What is an SPF record?

SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is a DNS record that lists which servers may send email for your domain. Receiving servers check it, and a missing or broken record pushes your cold emails towards spam.

Why the 10 lookup limit matters

Every include, a, mx, ptr, exists and redirect costs one DNS lookup, including the ones inside nested includes. Go over 10 and SPF fails with a permanent error.

-all or ~all?

-all tells receivers to reject mail from servers not on the list. ~all marks it as suspicious but still accepts it. Most domains start with ~all and move to -all once everything is confirmed.
